However, just over half an hour later, they edited the post on X to add the word, “REPORTEDLY".
At the time of writing now, it appears that they have taken the post down as there is no such post to be seen.
BlackRock, the company that is in charge of iShares ETFs, has confirmed that this news is inaccurate.
As a result of this false alarm, more than 65 million USD worth of Bitcoin has been liquidated.
